Our owner/founder Davishia Baldwin is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner. She is also a Senior Certified Professional by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP). She has a MS in Organizational Leadership and Development from Mercer University, as well as an MBA. She has over 15 years of organizational development and HR experience in both the public and private sectors
